In case a product is delivered to the user and he/she wants to return the product, they shall not be eligible to return the same as we don’t accept returns. We run on a policy which states, goods once sold, shall not be taken back or be eligible to return.
In case of damaged/missing/delivery of wrong item- We recommend you to make an unboxing video while opening the parcel and inspect the product thoroughly while the video is on and stop the video once you are satisfied with your order. Unboxing video should start from the part you are opening the parcel inspecting your order, show in the video if there is any issue ,and contact us immediately at help@onecard-buykaro.com if there is any defect, damage, missing or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced. But only if you send us an unboxing video! An unboxing video is compulsory to be eligible for exchange of the product. The defect must be clearly visible in the unboxing video. The product must be unused and must be in the original condition in which It was received. All such exchange requests shall be made by the user within 3 (three) days of receiving the product. In case, 3 days have gone by since the delivery of the product, the user shall become ineligible to raise a return request with us for the same. Our team on receiving the Email regarding the exchange request, shall review the Email and provide a resolution within 7 (seven) working days.
Note: In situations where, the customer has opted for an exchange of the product and if the same product is out of stock, we shall automatically initiate a refund. The refund shall be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase of the product originally.
The customer after receiving the product cannot raise a refund request for the same. The user in case of receiving a defective/damaged product or a missing item, can write to us on our email: help@onecard-buykaro.com, describing the problem faced with the product delivered along with the Order ID & legible images of the product. The product must be unused and must be in the original condition in which It was received. After verifying the content of the Email sent by the user, BuyKaro for OneCard shall within 7 (seven) business days, take their call to refund or exchange the product according to the availability of the product.
The refund shall be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase of the product originally within 7 (seven) business days.
Once the User has successfully made a purchase on our website, the User shall become ineligible to cancel the product at any stage. The moment the user transacts on Our portal, and a purchase is made or when the product gets delivered to the user, the user shall not be given an option to cancel the order. Every product purchased and delivered through us to the users shall contain a disclaimer stating, no cancellations allowed. We shall be unable to take cancellation requests as we are already offering the products at such low prices. Once the User places an order, he shall be denied to modify/change his address of delivery.
The order placed by the user(s) with us shall be dispatched between 24-48 hours of successfully receiving the payment. In certain cases, shipping might get delayed due to weekly offs, holidays or the customer’s geographical location.
Shipping Fee - The user while ordering any product through us, shall be pre-informed about any delivery/shipping charges which needs to be paid. The charges will be mentioned on the product page and also be displayed on the check-out page.
